Dr.Prasannaa after his formal medical graduation from SRM University & Research Centre, Chennai, his eagerness towards Emergency Medicine persuaded him to do Post-graduation in Department of Anaesthesiology under Prof. Dr. P. S. Shanmugam DA.,MD in Meenakshi Medical College Hospital & Research Institute, Kancheepuram. During his training, he first authored research article on Ultrasound Guided Plexus Block adjuvants in International Journal of Science and Research ‘20 with the latter. After his hands on training in Pediatrics Anesthesia in Institute of Child Health,Chennai and Senior residency in Bharath Medical College, Chennai he gained his evidence based medicine knowledge in MDICU as Registrar in Dr.Rela Institute & Medical Science under Dr. Sathya A.C MD, IDCCM, IFCCM, EDIC.

Currently, he is our Senior Consultant in the Department of Anaesthesiology & Critical care specialising in Trauma and Regional Anesthesia.

Member – Indian Society of Anaesthesiologist, Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine, Academy of Regional Anaesthesia of India.
